1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of ngmerp.in (the "site"), operated by NextGenManager Systems, Bhairavnath Road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380008, India. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

2. What this site is, and is not

This site describes the NextGenManager product and lets you get in touch. It is marketing material, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here creates a contract to supply software.

Use of the NextGenManager application itself is governed by a separate written service agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the service agreement prevails.

3. Accuracy of what you read here

We work hard to describe the product accurately, including publishing what it does not do. Even so, software changes, and pages can fall behind.

Prices shown are indicative and exclusive of applicable taxes. Timelines are estimates based on typical projects, and your actual timeline depends heavily on the state of your data. Nothing on this site is a warranty of performance or of fitness for your particular purpose.

If a specific capability determines your buying decision, get it confirmed in writing before you commit. We would much rather answer that question than have you rely on a page that has drifted.

4. Guidance is not professional advice

Articles on this site discuss GST, job-work compliance and costing practice. This is general information written by software engineers, not tax, legal or accounting advice, and your specific circumstances matter. Confirm anything consequential with your CA or GST practitioner. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site unlawfully, or to send anyone else's personal data through our forms without their permission
Submit false information, spam, or automated form submissions
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system
Interfere with the site's operation, including by excessive automated requests
Scrape content systematically for republication

Testing our security in good faith is welcome — see the security page for how to do it and how to report what you find.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, graphics and the NextGenManager name and logo belong to NextGenManager Systems or its licensors.

You may read, print and share pages for your own business evaluation, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, present our content as your own, or use our name or logo to imply endorsement.

Third-party names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners, referred to for identification only.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Uptime commitments for the NextGenManager application, where given, live in the service agreement.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this site.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which form part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
