Simple and transparent
Priced per plant, not per seat.
Your storekeeper, your planner and your accountant all need to be in the system for it to work. Charging you per head for that is exactly how ERPs end up half-used in an MSME.

What is quoted separately, and why
Implementation, data migration and training depend entirely on how much of your existing data needs cleaning — a shop with a maintained item master and a shop with BOMs on paper are not the same project, and pretending otherwise on a pricing page helps nobody. You get the exact figure in writing after the fit check, before you commit to anything.

Pricing questions
What people ask before they buy
Because per-seat pricing quietly breaks the data. If a login costs money, the storekeeper does not get one — so material issues are entered the next morning by a supervisor working from a scrap of paper, and your stock is wrong by a day, every day. One fee covers everyone, so the person who handled the material is the person who records it.
Two options. Keep Tally for statutory filing and run everything operational here, exporting clean entries for your CA — a lot of customers start this way. Or migrate fully, on the Enterprise plan, which includes legacy migration. Either way, opening balances load at any date, so you are not waiting for 1 April.
Plans are billed annually. If you decide to leave, you get a full export of your data in formats your accountant can actually open. Holding a factory's production history hostage at renewal time is not a business we want to be in.
You move up a plan, and the difference is pro-rated. The user counts on Starter and Professional are generous ceilings rather than meters — we are not going to invoice you because a new fitter joined in March.
Not a self-serve free trial, because an empty manufacturing ERP tells you nothing. What we do instead is a pilot: one of your product lines runs end to end on real orders alongside your existing process, before the full plant moves across. That answers the question a trial is really asking.
