Small team, Ahmedabad, building an ERP that discrete manufacturers depend on daily. If you want your work to be visible in the physical world, this is a reasonable place to do it.
You will talk to customers. Not through a product manager, not via a ticket summary — you will stand on a shop floor and watch a storekeeper use the screen you wrote. That is uncomfortable at first and it is the fastest way to become good at this.
The domain is genuinely hard, which is the appeal. Costing a multi-level assembly where some operations are paid per hour, some per piece and some are performed by a vendor down the road is a real modelling problem. Getting inventory to reconcile with the general ledger under concurrent updates is a real engineering problem. There is very little busywork here.
We are small. That means broad ownership, fast decisions, and no layer of process between an idea and production. It also means no large-company scaffolding — if you want a structured graduate programme and a defined ladder, we would be doing you a disservice.
Java 17 and Spring Boot on the backend, PostgreSQL with Flyway migrations, React on the front end. MapStruct, Lombok, JWT auth, MinIO for documents. Deployed on Linux, run on cloud and on-premise.
We care much more about whether you can reason about a data model than about which frameworks are on your CV.
We hire when we find the right person rather than to fill a headcount plan, so this list is often short and occasionally empty.
Work on the costing engine, inventory ledger and GST compliance modules. You will be modelling problems that do not have a tutorial, and writing the migrations that carry customer data through them safely.
Take customers from signed to live: data migration, configuration, floor training and the first months of support. The role that most directly determines whether a project succeeds.
