Our story
Built by people who kept seeing the same problem.
The global ERPs are built for factories that pay by the hour. The accounting packages are blind to the shop floor. Indian MSMEs end up papering over the gap with Excel — and the gap is exactly where the margin goes.
Indian engineering shops run some of the most complicated operations anywhere. Multi-level assemblies. Half the process outsourced to job workers down the road. Operators paid by the piece rather than by the hour. GST compliance sitting on top of all of it, with a statutory return clock running on every challan.
Then look at the software available. Tier-one ERPs assume hourly labour, a dedicated IT department and an eighteen-month rollout. Accounting packages are excellent at statutory filing and completely blind to what is happening on the floor. So the shop buys both, and a spreadsheet appears to join them together — maintained by one person, understood by nobody else, and quietly wrong.
NextGenManager exists to close that specific gap. Not to be everything to everyone, but to be genuinely right for discrete manufacturing in India: BOMs with real version control, costing that matches how you actually pay people, job work as a first-class concept, and a ledger that updates when material moves rather than when someone gets round to it.

How we sell
Deliberately unusual, for good reasons
No pressure, no countdown timers
There is no discount that expires on Friday. The price on the pricing page is the price, and it will be the same next month.
Advice before a pitch
The first call is about your process, not our feature list. You will get a considered view on what would actually help you — that conversation is useful whether or not you buy.
The demo uses your parts
A polished demo on invented data proves nothing. Send us one real assembly and watch the system handle — or fail to handle — your actual complexity.
Speak to the people who built it.
When you call about a costing question, you reach someone who knows how the engine works — not a sales rep reading from a datasheet.
